Free aerial photos!
I have always enjoyed photography and flying. For many years I have had the privilege of flying with my friend and pilot, fellow REALTOR, Neil Fotzler. We have a great time flying. Neil does the piloting and I do the photography taking aerial photos for my clients.Aerial photos are often quoted starting at $800 or $900 dollars for just one. It is not unusual to pay $1,500.00 or more for a series of aerials. I feel this is an important value that I bring to my clients simply because they are working with me.
