Sylvia Ruggieri serves as director of operations for Sperry Van Ness/Ramshaw Real Estate's Ruggieri team. Ruggieri has over 20 years of management and administration experience, with 10 years specifically related to corporate real estate brokerage.

Ruggieri currently supports the sales team by building and maintaining client relationships, distributing property website information, coordinating direct mail campaigns, advertising, research, office and database management, and corporate compliance matters.

Ruggieri is appreciated for her ability to train, motivate, and manage staff in an active corporate brokerage environment. She also excels in her capacity in customer relations for the team's clients.

Active in her community and her church, Ruggieri has served in countless leadership positions in her church's youth organizations. Happily married for more than 30 years, Ruggieri has five children and five grandchildren. She currently resides in Tuscola, Illinois.

Dan Clark is a commercial real estate account executive with Sperry Van Ness. In that capacity, he focuses his business model on the coordination and development of real estate transactions for his clients. He brings a solid background in business negotiations, primarily specializing in national tenant representation for fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Clark's expertise in the business can be credited from operating as the nationwide real estate manager for a 38 billion dollar global leader in automotive, building efficiency, and power solutions company. He has also served as a national real estate manager for one of the largest and most diversified wholesale distributors in the U.S. and Canada.

Clark was a member of the International Council on Shopping Centers, and has aided in numerous events as an elected board member. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Florida State University, where he earned honors for outstanding academic achievement during athletic participation in both track and cross country.

Jessica Ruggieri serves as marketing director for Sperry Van Ness/Ramshaw Real Estate's Ruggieri team. Ruggieri's focus is media relations and communications, serving as a liaison between the Ruggieri Team and the media.

Ruggieri currently supports the sales team through her expertise in marketing and public relations. She contributes to client support through property brochures and collateral materials. Ruggieri is also closely involved with database management, the team website, direct mail campaigns, advertising, and research.

Ruggieri earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the Intercontinental University of Mexico City. She is fluent in Spanish and excels in her capacity as a communications specialist for the team.

Ruggieri is active in her community and is a regular contributor to the Spanish community newspaper El Informador. Ruggieri currently resides in Champaign, Illinois, with her husband and daughter, Stephania.
